Adding or taking pics Pics can be added to a board in batches of up to 10 but the best photos are the ones that are actually useful to the subject leader so do resist the temptation to 'upload all' as this will bloat reports and make them less useful.
Tap on the new board circle + icon in Blippit Boards app. Give the app permission access all photos then tap to add pics.
Tap 'Gallery' to browse pics on your phone or 'Camera' to activate the camera on your device. If prompted to give permission to access the camera, tap OK.
NOTE: When using web version of the app you will instead see one 'Choose' button and the 'Camera' button isn't shown even if your laptop has a camera.
Select your photos and add them to the board. You can add up to 10 pics at once. You can add or remove photos once the board is created.
TOP TIPS
Never upload photos of what is essentially the same image e.g. 30 pictures of the same charcoal technique. Photos are for Subject Leaders and not parents so the imperative to give lots of children equal exposure for posibly political reasons isn't there.
One board can have 3 videos of 1 min each. These could be one longer 3-min video that you cut into three 1 minute chapters or 3 videos to share different outcomes/methods of subject learning.
If you have useful slides for added context, save a Powerpoint as images, select a couple of key ones to add to your Board that will help the subject leader.
Be selective to help colleagues see impact more clearly. The Report Builder in the Blippit Boards Dashboard becomes even more effective at helping you to demonstrate impact when photos are carefully chosen.
