Data ranges

Use the date range selector above the chart to set a time frame over which evidence will be shown in a chart of viewed in a timeline. Personalise your chart title before downloading it for use in a report or presentation of your own.

The date range is displayed under a chart title as shown below in this KS 1 SMSC example chart. This can be hidden if you won't want to show the days by clicking/tapping the 'Hide Date Range' button under a chart.

How to select your date range for a chart

Click the calendar icon, choose the start date and then choose the end date.

REMEMBER

The time frame you set will also apply to the board evidence you see on the boards timeline. Click the 'data reset' icon to see all boards again after selecting a specific date range.
