Video shown as QR Codes in Blippit Subject Reports

January 15, 2025

Blippit allows up to 3 x 1 min videos to be added to any board by teachers. To get best value from these videos, they need to be easily viewed wherever they appear, including in a Blippit Boards Subject Report.

Where video evidence has been uploaded to a board, it is automatically replaced in a report by a special QR code that allows teachers to simply scan and watch on a mobile device.

We recommend that QR codes created by Blippit Boards, and the videos that they load, are used for the purpose of supporting subject leaders in their monitoring role, allowing other teachers to see good practice more easily.

While QR codes will work when scanned from any platform where shared, we advise managing the wider circulation of your QR codes very carefully to ensure that the subject(s) of your video is always suitably safeguarded.
