Restricted temporary read-only access to your school's Blippit Boards Dashboard is enabled by using 'Guest Access'. This is helpful in the scenario where an external award/accreditation assessor or governor, for example, would benefit from seeing evidence collected using Blippit Boards.

4. After pressing the 'Add Guest' button, an email is sent to the address entered and your Guest is then listed in your Dashboard of current users as shown below.

When Guest Access times expire
You set a number of days representing the duration of your guest's access from creation. When that time has passed, their access will automatically end. You can invite them again if more time is needed by repeating the 3-steps at the beginning of this article. You can delete and revoke their access at any time by clicking the trash can icon by their listing.
