Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed from the Apple or Google Play app stores
Note: The app can still be used from home, any non-school wi-fi or 4G connection while you wait for the request to be acted upon. It's a rare occurence for a school to have to do request additional filtering changes but it can happen.
Does your App display the 'No Internet!' message or do you get 'code zero' when you try to get a report generated?
Log a Support request with your school filtering or broadband provider for the following update to the firewall. Once done, please log out/in again to the Blippit Boards dashboard and try again. This update will typically resolve the issue.
"Can DNS servers 1.1.1.1, 8.8.4.4 and 208.67.222.222 be unblocked on the firewall via port 53 so we can use Blippit Boards?
