App says 'no internet' when at school or dashboard reports get an Error Code "0"

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed

Note: The app can still be used from home, any non-school wi-fi or 4G connection while you wait for the request to be acted upon. It's a rare occurence for a school to have to do this.

Does your App display the 'No Internet!' message?

The app checks whether or not the device its on can connect to the internet when it first starts up.

If 'No internet' is displayed then the app is unable to make a connection via your school wifi.

Ask your ICT Support to log a request with your broadband provider for the following update to the firewall:

"Can DNS servers 1.1.1.1, 8.8.4.4 and 208.67.222.222 be unblocked on the firewall via port 53 so we can use Blippit Boards?
