As a SENDCo, your role as chief advocate for children with additional needs is unlike most others.
You want to be confident that all of the advices for each child are being taken on board in all settings. The thinking and effort that goes into provision is enormous but if consistency is achieved then you know that's when learning is more likely to happen with reduced incidents linked to children being disregulated.
"As a SENDCo it was very reassuring for me to see that evidence existed that showed we knew what and where adaptive teaching was happening in the curriculum, particularly when the children were back in their main classroom setting. Ofsted wasn't the reason for having the report by Blippit however I went into that meeting feeling very confident."
Mrs. L Bidder, SENDCo. St John's Whittle-le-Woods Primary School.
Blippit Boards gives you confidence because evidence builds naturally through everyday classroom practice - not because someone is gathering it at the last minute.
That confidence supports conversations with colleagues, leadership, governors, and others when needed.
How SENDCos use Blippit Boards
Bringing SEND priorities into everyday practice
Schools know that SENDCo priorities don't sit in isolation. With Blippit Boards, evidence tagged by teachers contributes to a broader picture that can be shared across subject leadership, key stages, and senior leadership teams.
